Inexplicably signs me out at the worst times

I need to get somewhere in a hurry - and I’m in luck; there is a Car2Go nearby. I reserve it and walk to the car. I open the app again to start my trip and…

the app crashes. I restart it. Now, I’m signed out of my account. Do I remember my Car2Go password to sign back in? Of course I don’t.

I reset my password. App rejects my new password at sign in. Reset again - rejected. Reset a third time - rejected. Finally, on my fourth attempt, I’m able to get in the car and go, but not before losing ten minutes curbside.

The point of this app is to make quick travel easy. If the app is unstable and then signs one out, that’s one thing. But for the password reset feature not to work when I need it the most turns the entire experience into a comedy of errors.
