Twice now I have reserved a car that wasnt actually there. Other times Ive found the same car in a totally different spot or parkade than shown on the map. Need a feature to honk the horn to make it easier to find the car.

The app is super easy to use! It might be smart to review the ux/ui to make it more intuitive (the buttons at the bottom and their functionality are not too obvious). The ability to reserve and to start the rental are genius. It would be nice to have a greater change in UI while renting as the map is irrelevant at that time yet takes the whole screen. The phone customer support could be more advertised; these guys are awesome and really friendly. Good job!

IMHO this is a robust app well designed and great UX. The radar feature is a plus, its just not super intuitive how to modify the parameters but it still deserves a five stars.

Car share is great, but not that useful when app doesnt work properly, which is frequently the case now. Didnt used to be a problem. Big move in the wrong direction.

Works as expected. Its a good one.

The app itself is quick and efficient, the cars too. However the problem is there are never any car available in downtown/old montreal (gray zone). car2go should find a way to ensure better redistribution of cars, like Bixi does.

Much more complete than it used to be, which is great since more and more is done through the app. I have had a few instances of car locations being off by a couple of blocks - mostly in crowded urban areas. Generally easy to use and has just about any function you could want.

Trying to locate car where others are in same location on various parking levels. This technology is getting worse not better!!

I signed up with the wrong email address. Got in touch with customer service and they supposedly fixed it for me. The app doesnt allow me to sign in or sign up. No point using car2go

Anyone else received a "parking ticket" that had no evidence behind it? Well Ive gotten two now and I think car2go is a scam. I wasnt even driving the day it was issued... This company is a SCAM!

Used to love car2go but lately its been garbage. The new parking rules for downtown Toronto has made getting a car so difficult as theyre all over the place now rather then before they were in designated spots. The app has been super glitchy recently too.

Finding cars and reserving them is so easy. Im thankful that a convenient company has a convenient app!
