Overall a great app and service. Highly recommend both to friends and family. However, sometimes when I reserve a car and go to unlock, the car never unlocks even after several attempts and Im unable to choose another car. Not sure if thats because of the app or the car, but its infrequent enough not to discourage me from using Car2go.

Unreliable unlocking cars, which then keeps card from working & car from opening. Customer service tele# has looooong waits.

Its been a life and time savers many times!

Used to rely on the radar to reserve cars. But the new update seems to remove functionality and introduce bugs. First, I cant seem to move where I want the radar to sweep... so its limited to where I currently am. Additionally, I can seem to turn it off after saving. Even after I thought I turned it off, the app seems to keep looking for cars.

Sometimes shows cars as available when theyre really not. This is rare however. Great app!

If ya know how to use it, its a really great app! Its pretty user friendly, I love the feature that allows you unlock the car from your phone!!!! So many times Ive walked to the car and forgotten my card- this feature is really thoughtful! Love it!

The cars themselves are..adequate. But the app and general service is incredibly affordable and works very well! Theres starting to be other competitors like BMWs reachnow service with much better vehicles, but the Car2Go app is still the best by a fair margin.

Lets get a Bluetooth or Aux option for the radio!
