This app has the BAD service ever, I had a lot of times when I could not unlock a car with this app. And the customer service very greedy for any extra discounts

Convenient and affordable. Living in the city it makes things so accessible.

I am a long time user of car2go, so far the app is much improved and works without complaint. This is very important since my studies involve very late nights:)

Yall are breaking my heart. Love the concept and services, but just stood outside of a reserved car, in the rain, for ~10 minutes trying to get it to unlock. Gave up and got an uber that showed up in 3 minutes. Uber +1 Car2Go -1 Also, this isnt the first time this has happened... Hoping for better luck next time?

I have rarely had an issue with the app. It functions well but also depends on location. Wonder if there is a cleaning service for the cars Thats about all the issues we have other than that its been a life saver several times. Love it

Great app for a great service

Ive had such a difficult time with this service. I use car2go all the time and I have problems with the app and system 1/4 of the time. Ive stood outside of reserved vehicles many times and hit "start rental" only to stare at an I opening car. The computers have frozen, charging me money... And it take 10+ minutes to get through to customer service. Its a running joke with my boyfriend that the car2gos hate me because I do everything right and they dont work.

Saved me from utter demise on several vigilante outings, like compact bat mobile with lite weight superhero features. Must try.

I need to get somewhere in a hurry - and I’m in luck; there is a Car2Go nearby. I reserve it and walk to the car. I open the app again to start my trip and… the app crashes. I restart it. Now, I’m signed out of my account. Do I remember my Car2Go password to sign back in? Of course I don’t. I reset my password. App rejects my new password at sign in. Reset again - rejected. Reset a third time - rejected. Finally, on my fourth attempt, I’m able to get in the car and go, but not before losing ten minutes curbside. The point of this app is to make quick travel easy. If the app is unstable and then signs one out, that’s one thing. But for the password reset feature not to work when I need it the most turns the entire experience into a comedy of errors.

Nice to not carry a card - just use the phone for everything!

Typically, Car2Go works great. Quick, easy, and convenient. On occasion, I have tapped an icon to reserve a car and gotten to the vehicle to find that it is out of service. A few other times, the app hasnt worked to unlock the vehicle. Customer service has been available to help, but its taken a while to get the issue resolved and I was standing in the dark and late to where I needed to be. This is rare, but has happened. So its 4 stars for me.

Sometimes theres a lag time that can be frustrating. Otherwise a great app.
