Have had nothing but bad experiences! Terrible costumer service. Stay away like the plague!!!

I use car2go all of the time. It opens up parts of the city to me that I wouldnt have traveled to before. Public transportation can be limiting. I have a car, but I still use it to get me to where Im going if I know that Ill be drinking. Beside the occasional communication breakdown that anyone with a realistic expectation for GPS technology would have the patience for, car2go allows me fast and easy transit at a 3rd of the cost of taking a cab.

App works better than ever. It does every thing its supposed to and it responds fast ... i.e. letting you in your car within a few seconds. I would love to see a running display of the rate youre incurring while driving / making a stopover, either within the app or on the cars mac screen. That would make this app 5 stars. Please add this function ! ! !

The new app isnt as clunky as the old one. Its got a new interface and the ability to reserve and even start a rental from the app comes in handy a lot. The only issue I have isnt even with the app itself, theres just never enough car2gos in my neighborhood!

Love it. Some have heated seats.

And the parking is just so easy!

Service is easy to use and good price, great when I just need wheels

So far: Cars that never open leaving you standing in the rain. Surprise charges to my card. And condescending unclear customer service. Im usually not hard to please but I wish I never signed up for this service.

This can be super convenient and a great alternative to taking a cab or the subway, however, it is not reliable. Id say 30% (at least) of the time it doesnt work. Meaning, you reserve a car but when you attempt to start your reservation the car wont open. Or, the car works fine but then after you park and attempt to end your trip, you get a message saying "can not end trip because we cant reach our servers, please park somewhere else". If youre in a hurry to get to a meeting, this can be frustrating to say the least. Especially in NYC, where parking isnt necessarily the easiest thing to find.

Im a new user but really appreciate the app. Its so easy to find and reserve an available car and super convenient through the entire rental process.

And on the rare occasions I did have an issue their customer service was also great.

What an amazing well thought out service and App. Everything works seamlessly. Truly an amazing execution of a complex problem set.

Ive sent them 4 emails since Ive had the service and never once heard once from them. And their pricing scheme makes no sense. A 40 minute trip is more expensive than an hour long trip!

The app used only be good for finding the car, starting and ending trips took too long, but I think the app is has much better connectivity now. It doesnt always work well during the Minnesota winters, but that has a lot to do with the cars as well.

App and cars and billing are great- I didnt buy another car when mine bit the dust.
