Ive been charged many times for rides I didnt take, and the few they offered to reimburse do not show up on my credit card, just in the app. In total this is over 500$ in false charges. Im done

I love this company! So useful and I love the easy access! Only reason for my 4 star review is because it doesnt cover more of a broader area, such as Mill Creek area. If you expanded the usage area up north it would be perfect!!

The cars on the map wont load after the latest update. Hopefully my card will still work, I need to get home!

The app is good, but the ability to find a car in certain locations needs improvement. The vehicle is not always exactly in the location on the screen. When in parking lots and multi level decks, you cannot tell what level the car is on. The location of the vehicle may say in a parking structure, but actually the car is on the street a block away. Otherwise a great service.

I took the car from Brooklyn in the west side to go to the east side 13 min and they dont make parking cause I wasnt on my home area so stupid thing!!!!!!! Stupid service!!!!

I really wanted this to work, but the app keeps giving me an error message when attempting to unlock the car. Ive tried reinstalling, closing and opening the app but after getting stranded on 2 different occasions Im not wasting my time anymore.

Totally glitchy. Functions seamlessly about 50% of the time. How many times have I been late because the car2go app didnt work? Great in concept, terrible in execution.

It works and its affordable

Always seems like when I need the service the most, the app doesnt work. Just pulls up a map of the city with my location an no cats. Zero for the entire city. Very frustrating because you this wasnt the first time.

Other than that, half the time it is buggy. Either cars wont open or theres an issue with trying to end a trip. Especially in the older car models.

Echoing the complaint that the cars wont load with the latest update!!!! Super frustrating!! I love car 2 go and have only had good luck until now.... Im excited to change this review when the app works again!!!!!

Im unable to add or edit credit cards through the app or through the website any longer. The website is messed up on mobile, and most people these days dont even own or use computers. You need to add the ability for customers to add and edit credit cards on this app -- because, this is really ridiculous. Id like to use the service but since I cannot control my payment cards, the app and service are unusable to me.

Fixing simple things like updating your license or credit card should be easy but car2go seems to go out of their way to make it as difficult as possible.

Theres no way to update a drivers license through the app, and the web site is very buggy. Even when it works, you need to use their online camera interface to take a photo of the license, meaning that if your computer web cam doesnt have great resolution, theres no other option to upload a photo of your license. What a mess. I loved this car share system when it worked, but these technical failures are super annoying :(

Wonderful convient way to get around.

Arbitrary cut offs for home areas in Brooklyn and queens NYC. Car2go is great, but the home areas are broken up terribly. Someone needs to notice this and take action. More people would use it if it were more convenient.

Had no way to get to work at 3am. Hopped in one of these and bam! THANK YOU!! I LOVE IT!

Its a great app for a great service!
