Two clicks and I have a car reserved. Can then start and end the rental right from my phone. Amazing convenience

The app is good enough to to do the job, but there are some difficulties with it: - finding cars in multi level parking garages. I was in a 5 level garage and had to walk up all levels to find the car.

So easy and convenient! I love that you dont need to use a card anymore! Just reserve a car and start the rental all from the app!

App works as advertised, very functional, however have had issues where cars are as much as half a block from their market locations in the App. This can lead to immense frustration.

The offered capabilities on the app is impressive but the follow through is a letdown. Im a daily user and only one out of everything three attempts to reserve a car are successful. Dont even attempt to use it downtown, the car probably wont be there. I log an error at least once a month but the issue never seems to get fixed. On cold days its the toughest as youre then stranded in minus (blank) weather. Concept and design 5 stars, reliability 1 star. Seeing as its a monopoly market in Calgary no other options otherwise would not use service.

App doesnt work underground ie:parking lots (even when phone has reception) AND when theres 2 cars parked in one spot, one car blocks the other from backing out, and the stupid app insists on using the trapped car instead of the other.. Thanks for the waste of time,

A great way to get around the city

It might not have been so much a problem with the app itself, but rather with the communions link with the cars- but the whole car2go reservations technology seems to be working a lot better!

Needs better car finding especially when in multi level parking lot. Perhaps a barcode scanner so you can quickly scan the avail car instead of trying to find it on a long list?
