This App is fantastic, but some time it dont show all available cars.

Great progress with the last couple of iterations. Intuitive fast and does what it suppose to do

Im very pleased with the times that I have used the C2G service. Apps works great, cars are in good shape. Thank you C2G, great service.

If there wasnt constant network issues at peak times, Id give it 5 stars.

Handy app to use

I tried booking 3 different cars and could not find any of them. Ended up late for my meeting. Ill take a cab next time thanks.

As a car2go customer, I use the app a lot to find whats close by and reserve cars I know Ill need soon. The app is straightforward to use for the most part and enables me to reserve and start a rental without even needing my card. I have some small niggles around interaction design of existing rentals but overall its good.

Having the option to use this for transportation is great. The App has occasional glitches, otherwise an excellent service.

Used to be a 3, now its a solid 5.

99% of the time it does the trick. Sometimes they have network issues - not a 3rd world problem. I like: the reservation count down; large on screen license plate number (ocular challenged); gps map help to find my car2go.

Its getting better BUT about twice per month I walk 10 blocks to where the app says the car is and its not there at all. This is a known problem and super inconvenient. Fix it!

For over a year I have tried car2go. The app and/or gps and/or location service doesnt work consistently at least 50% of the time. The one and only reason why I still use their service is because they have more cars than other car share companies. Everyone that I have talked to knows that car2go is an unreliable and frustrating company to be a part of. I cant wait for another company to match the fleet of cars, so I can cancel my subscription to car2go

Great app for a great service

The app is generally good and a time saver - I especially like the list where you can see the vehicles by distance. My only complaint is that its hard to filter and show things like just the 4 door cars.

App works much better now, prompts asking if i am sure i want to rental are handy, as i constantly misclick

This is a great app once you figure it out. Not the most intuitive but I got the knack and once you do , its great. I still want my Tesla but until then its Car2Go
