The app works reasonably well for locating and accessing a car. But the frequent, and inconveniently timed requests for a rating made me give it 2 stars. Then went it doesnt receive 5 stars, it demands a report. What I want is quick access to a vehicle, not an coercive invitation to an automated focus group. Really Car2Go dont be so needy.

Besides having extremely annoying parking restrictions that make the service in calgary mostly useless, the customer service is terrible, ignoring your emails until you leave a bad review or send multiple emails on one issue. And if you want to deactivate your account, it takes multiple emails over many weeks to actually do so. Extremely disappointed with my car 2 go experience. I dont recommend this service.

Never write reviews but this has to be one of the best apps. Convenient, easy, reliable.... if in doubt, dont be!

The app seems to have a huge bug. It does not correctly show the number of available cars in a Car2go parking spot. It happened to ma a lot that the app showed there was only one car available in the parking. When I reserved it and walked to the parking, I realized there were 5 to 6 available cars there, and the only car that Car2go app showed as the available car was locked down between other Car2gos, so I couldnt move it! No matter how many times I refreshed the app, it would only show that one car which was impossible to take out! Not other available ones

I think you should be able to move the radar because I live right by a river and often times the radar will go across the river and say theres a car2go but it isnt easily accessible to me. Or even to be able to say which cars you dont want included in the radar. I also think you should be able to turn the radar off when you no longer need it. Whats up with the map zooming out when youve been on the screen for a bit? All in all a good app and I will continue to use Car2go!

My car2go app recently decided to only work when connected to wifi and not my 3G. I of course verified that other apps worked and that my internet was working. It was. I was stranded in the rain and had to call an uber since the app refused to work. I called to talk to someone about it and they were unable to do ANYTHING.

The app works perfectly. 5 stars service, always reliable. Much better than DriveNow!!! Cars are always in good conditions and available.

Useful, informative, responsive, accurate and, to top it off, an intuitive user interface. Well done.

Primary issue I experience is when I reserve a car, switch to a different app in the meantime, and then return to Car2Go when nearing the reserved car, all car icons will have disappeared and I cannot "start rental." In this situation I have to exit out of the app and then return to start my rental (my reservation does hold, its just annoying). This happens nearly every time I reserve a car.

I live in Washington DC. When Car2Go came here I sold my car. This is a fantastic service and the best way to get around a vehicle clogged city. My experience over a few years now has been nothing but great!

Car to Go is a great service for those with out a car and who dont want to always depend on Uber or Lyft to get around. Car to Go gave me my independence back

I love Car2Go I can zip around the city like the queen I am.

Just read that car2go was leaving the Twin Cities at the end of this year. Very unfortunate. This is the economic and eco-friendly direction I want urban transportation to grow into.

And having the radio automatically tuned my station in every car is pretty cool too.

App works great and I love the ability to quickly find a car and get where Im going. I feel much more independent than when I take an Uber.
